1935 Chevrolet

November 24, 2006 at 1:37 pm (Car Watching)

Chris suggested that I post some pictures of the 1935 Chevrolet that I took for him. I thought it was a good idea so here they are. Chris got to drive this for a wedding a few weeks ago which is how we got access to it. He drove the bride and groom from the ceremony to the reception. I can’t think of a better way to get there in a car. I’ve seen the couple at a wedding get carried to the reception in a horse drawn carriage. That’s probably the only way to out do this.

2003 Silver Dodge Viper

November 24, 2006 at 1:10 am (Car Watching)

I was invited to spend the day at the Crabtree’s house today for Thanksgiving. I had a great time there. I came home to grab some things and go back. On my way I stopped at the gas station on the corner of Thomson Lane and NW Broad Street. I saw this beautiful 2003 Dodge Viper. I spoke to the owner of the car. I asked if he would mind me getting a couple pictures of it and he graciously allowed me to. I am adding it to my Car Watching Category. Check out my Car Watching Gallery here.

I made a zip file of the pictures I took of the car for the gentleman that owns it. Here is the link I promised him. To download the file just right click the link and select “Save Target As”.

Car Watching

August 24, 2006 at 6:43 pm (Car Watching)

I was driving home from work today when I was saw a really cool car. I had the idea of starting a little gallery on my website to show off the cool cars that I sucessfully capture a picture of. So I am starting with my first capture.

I was driving on Old Fort Park when I noticed this car. It actually didn’t stand out to me. The only reason I noticed it was because of the name tag on the rear, which is pictured above. It pulled in the Target parking lot and that is where I took the pictures that you can see in the gallery here. After some google work I found a website that reported this car to be the 2002 Maserati Coupe GT.
